Conference Language

The language of the Conferences and Workshops is English. 

Registration and Information Desk

Registration and information desk will be open every day during the event between 08.00 A.M and 07.00P.M.


Badges will be distributed at the registration desks. Your personal badge is your entrance ticket to all sessions, to the exhibition area, wine Party, Restaurant for lunches, coffee breaks and to the social events. Please remember to always wear your badge at the Venue and Hotel area. Participants without badges will be not admitted to the event activities. It will also be necessary to present the corresponding ticket for side social event such as workshops and city tours.

Commercial Exhibition

The educational organizations, pharmaceutical companies and medical equipment companies will be able to exhibit their services and products at the exhibition area located in the event venue. The events include commercial exhibition. The exhibition hall will be open during whole event. There are multiple conference rooms with full facilities which are available for presentations by companies, educational institutes and workshops and exclusive exhibitions which are provided by request.

Passports & Visas

A valid passport is required for entry to Poland. Citizens of a country which requires a visa for entry to Poland are strongly advised to make their application in their home country at least one month before the intended date   of travel.  If   in doubt, information  can  be   obtained   from  your  nearest   Poland Embassy  or

Invitation Letter

All registered participants upon request have the right to ask for a letter of invitation. This invitation can be used to facilitate permission to participate from their institution and Visa process of Poland embassy.


The Polish Zloty is the currency of Poland. The currency code for Zloty is PLN, and the currency symbol is zł. Convertible foreign currency may be easily exchanged at the airport, in the hotels, banks and foreign exchange offices at current daily exchange rates.

The official currency of the conference is Euro, but it is also possible to perform registration payments and other transactions in USD or PLN.

Certificate of Participation

Certificate of participation will be given to all registered participants of the event. Certificates will be distributed on the day of the day.

Abstract Submission

Abstracts should be submitted in English through our Online Abstract submission Module on the websites menu. Submission by e-mail is not recommended, but in case of difficulty do not hesitate to contact us at  [email protected] The accepted abstracts will be displayed exactly as submitted so please do check carefully before submitting. It is not possible to edit your abstract after the proceeding books are printed.

The posters should be 100 cm wide and 200 cm high. They should be designed in such a way that they can be read from at least 1 meter distance. The template file to prepare the posters will be submitted in due time to the presenting authors of accepted abstracts.
