The participants with presentation should pay 30 days before conference date; otherwise their presentation might not be included in the book of proceedings.

The registration fees for full delegate (Standard) & students will include :

Entrance to scientific sessions / Entrance to welcome reception and Closing ceremony / Lunches for 1 day / Entrance to trade exhibition area / Conference bags, pens, notebooks and other materials / Flash memory and conference proceedings book / Program book / Coffee breaks / Wine Party  / Certificates of attendance

Student registration

If you wish to benefit from the student registration fees, you will be required to send a proof of your student status (i.e. copy of student ID) to apcomed2017@gmail.com. Without proof of your student status, you will not be entitled to the student registration fees.

We endeavor to notify paper acceptance or rejection as soon as possible. If any external factors prevents this and in the event of an author subsequently failing to have a paper accepted for the conference, a full refund can be made (cancellation charges can apply).

On-Desk Payment

Registrations can still be made onsite, provided payment is received by cash or credit/debit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations can only be made via e-mail to apcomed2017@gmail.com.

Cancellation before 60 days to the conference
Full refund, excluding a EUR 50 administration charge

  • For cancellations made before 15 days to the event, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

Cancellation within 15 days to the event
No refund will be made but participant name change will be accepted.
If you cannot attend the conference, a substitute is welcome to attend. In such case please contact APCO International Officet atapcomed2017@gmail.com prior the event.

Force majeure
In case of force majeure the Organizer is relieved of all obligations. Force majeure includes any circumstances beyond the will of the Organizer, that impedes permanent or temporary compliance with the obligations, including war, danger of war, government regulations, revolts, strikes, transportation difficulties, fire, earthquake or severe disturbances affecting the conference organization or its supplies. If any of the above circumstances emerge an administrative fee of EUR 50 will be deducted from the refundable amount.
